Did you know lavender is better for burns than aloe Vera or butter.
I keep a bottle of lavender essential oil in my kitchen. I don’t know about you, but when I cook I always end up burning myself.
Hawthorn berry and horsetail is good for heart palpation. After taking hawthorn berry and horsetail for 3 months my heart palpation stop, now I just take them when the palpation start for about 3 days and the palpation stop. I haven’t had a heart palpation for a long time now.
If you have long menstrual period by rubbing eucalyptus essential oil on your belly it’ll shorten the length of your cycle, it shorten mine to 3 days.
